About me

I love my family history of love, faith, and prayer - yet health has been another story. Generation after generation we have experienced loss of life due to chronic illnesses - too many, too soon, too much!  Determined to change the history for myself and those after me, I began my personal journey to find out why and how to change the scenario. 3John 1:2 says “Beloved I pray that you may prosper in every way and [that your body] may keep well, even as your soul [mind, will, emotions] keeps well and prospers.” This was my lamp and light. (Psalms 119:105)
